Processing and shipping times vary from partnered vendors. If you have any questions regarding our shipping and handling practices please contact us either by email or direct mail. None of our products should take longer than 21 days to process and ship, if this problem does occur, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. However, we pride ourselves at SFB Co. with our collection of chosen vendors and partners, where the vast majority of our product orders are processed in less than 3 to 5 days and shipped in less than 10 to 15. 

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and not the merchant, unless otherwise advertised through promotional sales and discounts provided. 

We only ship within the U.S. We are very sorry, we do not have the capability to ship internationally at this time. If and when this changes, updates will be made here.
